What's the news?

As of spring 2021, the WebPros group has acquired NIXStats assets. NIXStats has become part of the WebPros companies group, to further enhance the suite of tools for the groups' customers.

What is WebPros?

Founded in early 2017, WebPros is bringing together some widely used web hosting, billing automation, infrastructure, server management, and online marketing software solutions. Constantly adding new brands and products to its portfolio, in its current formula, WebPros comprises of cPanel, Plesk, SolusIO, WHMCS, and XOVI. The latest addition to the WebPros family is NIXStats. Under the WebPros canopy, these independent companies are constantly exploring synergies in a pursuit of responding to the challenges of web professionals everywhere.

How does this situation benefit NIXStats and its customers?

Becoming part of a large, established group will provide NIXStats with additional development resources, as well as open a whole new set of perspectives towards products dedicated to server management (cPanel and Plesk), as well as virtualization management solutions (SolusIO) or billing management (WHMCS). The brands included in the WebPros portfolio each provide well-established solutions in their field of action, thus being solid branching out possibilities for the NIXStats monitoring solutions. The WebPros professionals teams bring together individuals with a wide range of technical expertise, led by a strong senior leadership and technical team, with most members having been in the hosting industry for +20 years. WebPros is a group of companies, thus individual products will keep their names to leverage the brand recognition they've built.

Mergers and acquisitions have always been a key part of the WebPros growth strategy. WebPros will continue to take acquisition opportunities that play a key strategic role in its growth.

Will this change affect me? Will there be a change to the price?

WebPros and NIXStats continue to nurture a customer-centric culture with the development and support standards that both parties are known for. There are no changes to the price planned at this moment, but if such a situation occurs, we will notify our customers beforehand, giving enough time for them to accommodate any incurring changes.
